AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing agrees to provide the buyers access to industry lead vendors and other sources.

AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing shall not be liable for any loss of profits, or for any other claims arising from a client’s usage of its services.  Any and all fees paid to purchase prospect leads are non-refundable after an order is delivered.

Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow a 2-4 week delivery time for your tourtakers to start coming in. Although you may start receiving them much sooner, they could even be a little longer depending on a variety of factors. (existing orders, media email availability, etc.) In order to allow new members to get tourtakers, only one member order can be filled at a time.

All orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. However, after an order is delivered, the client – not AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing – has the responsibility for contacting and supporting prospect leads.

Although our company and clients may have experienced satisfactory results in the past, such past performance does not guarantee future results.  A client’s success with purchased leads greatly depends on various factors, including but not limited to the measurable quality of the client’s follow-up with delivered leads. 

Therefore, AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing makes no claim or guarantee as to a standard response rate.  Neither AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing nor any of its lead vendors will replace prospect leads or refund any fees, due to one or more prospect lead’s “lack of performance.”  Nor does AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing guarantee the success of, or be held responsible for, a prospect lead after he or she joins Nutronix.  In other words, there will be no compensation for a prospect lead’s “lack of performance”.   

In the event, however, a prospect lead vendor independently makes guarantees, such guarantees shall be fulfilled solely by the lead vendor, not AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing.  Therefore, all correspondence pertaining to such guarantees shall be directed to the appropriate lead vendor(s).

Acknowledgment. THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CONTRACTING WITH AUTOMATICBUILDER.COM/HORIZONS MARKETING MEANS THE CLIENT HAS INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PURCHASING THE ABOVE STATED SERVICES FROM AUTOMATICBUILDER.COM/HORIZONS MARKETING AND ITS LEAD VENDOR(S).  THE CLIENT FURTHER AFFIRMS THAT HE OR SHE IS NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES ORIGINATING OUTSIDE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

The client also represents and warrants that his or her usage of the delivered leads, as well as methods of marketing to such leads, will not violate any federal, state or local law or regulation, including without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, banking/lending laws, phone solicitation laws or otherwise, or infringe upon or violate any third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.

No lead vendors will not replace prospects due to “lack of performance.”  Nor do we refund due to “lack of performance” of our prospects. 

“Lack of Performance” within this agreement is defined as typical unmet expectations: a prospect’s refusal to respond to a client’s initial marketing efforts: or even after successful contact, a prospect either expressing non-interest or making infrequent or no further inquiries: or even after joining Nutronix, a prospect subsequently failing to generate sustained sales. AutomaticBuilder.com/Horizons Marketing also in no way guarantees and cannot be held responsible for what happens after a lead joins Nutronix. Industry experience shows that results from purchasing any vendor’s leads will always vary simply because leads have many variables, other than their “quality”, which determine how many of a client’s purchased leads will eventually meet or surpass minimal expectations.
